Vladimir Kharlov member of Arctic council  made a speech on Canada and Norway’s Arctic territories  education  development .Mr Alexander Kryutikov’s speech deputy minister of the ministry on Far East and Arctic made the Arctic council delegates have  another view  to the education development in  AZRF at  the present complicated situation.. Russian Arctic territories education departments leaders  had received «home work» from the deputy minister, so they can  make Russian  Arctic strategy up to 2035   succefull. The conference name is «Northern sea route as the key point   in Russian  Arctic zone state policy  on infrastructure, energy,digital development and international cooperation up to 2035». Mr. Alexander Kryutikov confirmed his participation at the  NSR assocation conference, the same   did Mr. Nicolay Korchunov Russian ambassador in the Arctic  few days ago.Next Arctic council meeting will take place on April, 2020 and would be about  infrastructure development. Khanty Mansiiskiy disctrict, Komi and Karelia republic, Magadan county as new AZRF regions would be invited to the Arctic council meeting.
