Mr. Vitaliy Bachukin, Director General of the "Smart Arctic" company and a Partner of the NSRA, participated in a meeting of the Working Group on Social and Economic Development under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation's Council on the Development of the Far East, Arctic and Antarctic held on 10 September 2021. According to the instructions of Vladimir Kharlov, Member of the Working Group on Social and Economic Development under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation's Council on the Development of the Far East and Vice-President of the NSR Association, Mr. Vitaliy Bachukin spoke about the development of the Russian-Finnish joint reindeer breeding. The Meeting was chaired by Alexander Akimov, Head of the Working Group on Social and Economic Development under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation's Council on the Development of the Far East, Arctic and Antarctic.
