We congratulate Joseph Robinette Biden, who has been elected by the majority of the American people, on assuming the presidency of the United States of America. We hope for continuation of the development of the fruitful cooperation in the sphere of strengthening  of the international relations in the Arctic and Antarctic, which will contribute to further mutually-profitable economic growth within the Northern Sea Route.
